Meet:
Massimo Schutte

My name is:

Massimo Schutte and I am a proud father of two lovely daughters. After a few jobs as manager in Tokyo, I decided to focus entirely on consultancy and training more than 20 years ago. The first few years I mainly worked as management consultant, but from 2001 as Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Target and result oriented, a lot of attention for the human side, focus, team player

I do:

My main focus is Lean Six Sigma consultancy and training. In addition I coach some colleagues and to use my knowledge and experience to improve them in their career.

In my spare time:

I like to do things with my daughters whether it’s about Cluedo, Monopoly, cycling or skiing. If I have spare time, I also like playing guitar in ajazz band and mountain biking.

Is really nice! I like helping the development of a company with younger people and to take it to the next level.
