My name is:

Reinier Tromp (1976). I have been a partner at Lean Six Sigma Group since its establishment in 2010. Prior to that, I worked as a consultant, as well as being a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Scrum Master at various consultancy firms. I studied Business Administration and Automotive Engineering.

Five terms that describe me:

I am entrepreneurial, result-oriented, optimistic and committed. In addition, I also try to be patient, but I still need some further development on that point 😉

I do:

At Lean Six Sigma Group, I advise clients on how to achieve a culture in which smart collaboration is a matter of course. I also coach our consultants in their professional development, and I do sales and account management.

In my spare time:

I divide my free time between my family and hobbies, such as cycling, running and fitness training.

I experience working at Lean Six Sigma Group as:

Every day is different. It is always a challenge to help my customers as best as possible while, at the same time, ensuring our team also performs a little better every day. As long as I can see progress at those levels by the end of my working week, I can drive home with a smile.
